recall autometer fuel pressure gauge

Autometer is recalling electric fuel pressure gauges model #'s 2659,3309,3509,4309, and 5709. Made between 10/01/99 to 3/31/02. Failure with sending unit allowing fuel leak.

Auto meter # 1-815-895-8141

If anyone does not get a recall letter.

Even though I don't have Autometer gauges in my truck, thanks for the heads up ! All the more reason to carry a fire extinguisher in your truck...

Just wanted to add that these are the "short sweep," electric gauges.
