We have a JL refurbed 500/1 sitting at our shop. Cosmetically it's pretty rough, but brand new internals. My boss wants $250 for it.
In my experience, the 500/1 is a pretty burly performer, it'll drive a pair of W3's really well. Especially in the back of an SUV, good cabin gain.
