spark plugs?

What kind of spark plugs should I run? I have marine vortec heads, roller rockers and lifters, a cam, and some other work done to this truck, and have no clue what kind of plug to put in my sexy lady...please help.

I have used AC Delco, NGK, Autolite. I perfer Autolite 104 or 103 (colder for high boost) for the Vortec heads. The others would not last for me.

I have vortec heads and built motor. Mark Campbell specified NGK Iridium TR6IX and that I gap at .022, You should probably gap around.028-.030.??? .......... Paul

A cheaper alternative are the TR55, TR6 but the iridium is definitely better and 4x the cost.
