Start up after nor tunning for awhile

Figured I'd replace gas in the tank, take it slow. It's been like 8 months. Any tips?

If you were like me you poked that rats nest with a very long stick to make sure nothing jumped out at you.

I'd disconnect the fuel feed line at the filter, put a hose onto it and would use the intank pump to drain the old gas.
