Sy vs a C5 - video

Approx two weeks ago I was legal street racing at a nearby airport... One of my runs was against a C5 (I don't know which year). It was stock but I belive he was running drag radials, at least he changed his tires in the lot.

Anyway here is the video

He got me off the line because A) I can't spool up the 52 with my stock TC fast enough; B) I was waiting for other colors on that damm tree. :-?

I catched up fast and left him behind. At the 1/8 mile I was some two to three lengths ahead and gaining. This run made me happy. Even if it's stock, I guess an LS1 could give me a good run last year with the stock turbo in a race like this, when I had no advantage from the line. It was like race from a roll... :D BTW I was running 16 psi.

Now can we please turn up the boost and go Viper hunting, hehe. I know you've put a lot of work into your truck, kind of nice when it starts to pay off, huh? Nice Run.
