Update: Well the Ty will be staying with me aftet all, I cut a deal with my brother so if things dont get any worse then it looks like she will still be mine.

No, stockers, painted with rattle can spray and some time later I removed the paint from the "lip", Im just gonna remove all the paint better, wheels could use a refresh tho

This is the worse wheel, notice the bent on the top
