torque specs

did a search and found a post from 2003, but it wasnt very clear.


UPPER INTAKE torque spec - 18ft/lbs???

Manual I have says:

35 ft lbs

There is a sequence mentioned.

Initial: 2nd bolt pas side then down the drivers side front to rear, then finish down the pas side front to rear.

Final: Down the drivers side then down the pas side.

I'd do initial at about 1/2 total torque but the manual doesn't say anything about that.
