Does anyone know how to deal with GM smart choice warrantees. My 92 Typhoon needs transmission help. The transmission place is affraid to take the trans appart because there has to be a broken part. The torque converter you cant take apart and that is shot. He also said the converter is shot because of something elser in the trans. I am going for a second opinion. When will the warrantee not pay. They wont tell me anything. By the way my truck is a daily driver and this is the first sign of trouble after 89000 miles. Awesome truck .

Heh, my 93 TY is a daily driver and I blew out the TC as well. Anyways I'd say either take it to someone on here if you have the money, or do it yourself. Nothing like learning how to do something new

What does your warranty detail? I have my fair share of warranty problems and know *now* how to deal with them.
