Truck dies when shifting out of park

Need help!

I can start my Ty no problem, but as soon as I shift out of PARK into Drive or Reverse, the truck stalls and dies. I hope it's not major, but afraid it may be the torque converter. Anyone ever had this problem or have any advice?

Its more often a problem with the tune of the engine.

i have seen 3 trucks do something like this,not saying this is it but try turning the screw under the cover on the throttle body.
