Good luck,

Mike said:I tried to adjust the waste gate today by shortening the rod by about 3 turns. (I don’t have my aftermarket boost gauge in yet, so all of these readings are from the stock one). At idle the vacuum is about 8 (middle of the green). It spools up great not but once I reach the max boost on the gauge it starts to sputter a little. Was the caused because I over adjusted the waste gate?
Mike said:The truck is stock besides for an exhaust. I just did a tune up about a month ago and the sputtering just started after I adjusted the wastegate. If anyone in/close to central jersey would like to take a look at it, I will drive it to you.

Boostedpimp said:True but if you ask him what modifications you should have to help support the added cfm he'll tell you at very least a walbro 255 fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and if you plan on using more boost then the stock 14.5 you should go with a 3bar map and chip
