after watching the final laker at my buddies house. we all decided to go cruising in hollywood. my buddy as a passenger did not know what a ty was. well we were all going on prairie ave. in hawthorne Cali. 2001 mustang Gt with no cat and some flowmasters it sounds mean. he has taking it to pomona and had some good times. and a 92 mustang Gt with a few mods. well the 92 stays behind me ( he knows about the phoon).get to a red on the corner of rosecrans and prairie. my buddy on the 01 says (u r gonna get smoked), i just smile and say you want a piece of the typhoon 
well i only build about 1 pound of boost. well we go off im ahead about 1/2 at start as soon as i hit second im ahead 2 cars hes falling back and his stang is screaming. my passenger has fhreaked out and hes trying to hold on by the time i hit 60 im like 5 to 6 cars ahead i let off about 75mph on 35mph street.
as soon as we hit the red like hes smiling and says damn you smoked me his passenger is shocked and says "damn did u stay in one gear, i want one". my passenger is laughing all the way. if i would have built some boost he would have seen my tailgate at start.
well that was the first race on my phoon not many ppl know about it around here. lot a rice burners i would like to introduce the phoon 2.
