typhoon in backs of seats

This is the first time for me to post on this site. I am looking at a 93 ty in nj and it didnt have typhoon in the backs of the seats is that the way they came?

The 92's and 93's have different seats. I could be wrong here but I think only the 92's came with "Typhoon" emboirderd <sp> on the backs. I do know this, my 93 doesn't have any logo on the seats.

93's came all leather but no typhoon on the top of the seat 92 seats are also gray cloth on the sides...i think the 92 seats look better

Is the 93 the same without typhoon in it or is it different? The 93 I was looking at didn't look like that I think it looked like a more flat seat not a sport seat. The pic you show I like alot.

The seat shapes are the same. The difference is the 93 is all leather and no embroidered typhoon on the back.

:rotf: Ok so you consider sport buckets and a big fluffy LaZBoy seats to be the same?

92= buckets
93= fat man recliner.

Jax Seat covers in WI can do any embrody you'd like... Typhoon in any color on any seat.

They've done the power 6 on my wife's T-Type and the Nissan Motorsports on my Maxima.
Also the entire interior in the T-Type.

I don't know what you consider a big fluffy LaZBoy seat but my 93 were not big or fluffy. They looked just like the 92's but without the fabric or the stiched typhoon.

Then you have different seats. The '93 seats are wider and have a lower back. They also have power lumbar, and a power driver's seat, where the '92s are manual with a lumbar hand-pump.

For the most part yes, but Typhoon seats recline, while Sy seats have a nonadjustable back.
