i am putting my lightning up for sale and i am looking for a typhoon for around $5000 dont care if it has some rust or a ton of miles lookin for one i can drive every day really just need a good drive train a TYPHOON is my dream car car you guys help me out thanks Austin :D

It is very possible to find a good running truck for 5K. It won't be the prettiest truck around, and will have other issues, but it will run and drive the way it should. You'll find one, be patient!

yes i know i want i was the on ebay that wanted to trade for a lightning i would love to buy your truck you have know idea how much i want it i just have to sale my truck first that the hold up or i would have hit the buy it now and been on my way to pick it up

what year lightning you have i got a 92 typhoon runs fine no rust issues was painted sometime in the past year got mine 6 months ago put a had the tranny rebuilt last month new brake pads calipers and pads on the front everything on this gmc works black on black no rips on the interior i have to have the pass fender painted along with the pass front new fender cladding and the bumper and grill some jack ass bumped it at walmart and run put new grill and used fender on it reusing bumper cover bought new cladding interested in lightning sold my 94 last year had built 351 init with edelbrock heads and intake big cam and nos ran 7;20s in the eighth this typhoon is bone stock except for flowmaster muffler

are you still looking for a typhoon send pics of the lightning to rccjgross@frontier.com i will send you more pics of my 92 typhoon been driving it for 4 months now motor and turbo run great had the transmission rebuilt last month new fuel pump last month new calipers pads and rubber brake hoses replaced last month. everything on this typhoon works just puffs smoke when you start it after setting overnight when you first start it in the morning probablly valve seals but not tearing the top apart to fix that. it is stock no mods .let me know if intersted in it. would like to have another lightning but would like to see pics first.
