the flash animation on the main site is CRAP. We can do better then that. I know we have some flash gurus that can whip up something better, with some Sy and Ty pictures. Someone put some effort and do something awesome. $.02

just curios why sometimes you have turbo or notebook paper looking things by new topic,post reply,etc.?
if i had a computer i would help but i just have webtv on 64" big screen.
i had to redo my user name earlier this year for some reason but before that when i came to the board it was turbos then after it was notebooks.

unfortunately i think if we keep the "light" colors as it is now, allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the buttons and images will have to be redone and I dont think anyone wants to do that right now.

my vote is to have 2 styles, the blue original as default and another lighter theme down the line for those who would like to have something similar to whats here now.

Is it just me, but I have to scroll left to right to be able to see an entire post?
I never had this problem in the previous version, except when one placed a large JPG, but that was expected.

All in all it is VERY nice, with the exception of that nuance.

I use Mozilla and IE, and both browsers have the same effect, in that I must go left to right to be able to see an entire post.

How do I fix it, I haven't changed anything in my browsers?

This is not JUST me, I've talked to several members, and it is happening to them also. I just downloaded Netscape, and the same thing happens, and that is 3 browers that this is happening with.

If it is me, please tell me what I am doing wrong, don't tell me it is JUST me????

Im not complaining here as I know ppl are working on the issues so Im just mentioning stuff Im seeing...

Hafta scroll left/right to read posts (PIA!!)
Hafta log on twice before I can post (I log on the 1st time and Im taken to the same "not logged in" home page and hafta log in again).
I post and get an error each time which makes for double posts when I resubmit the info :x .
When I first open the main forum page there are topics which are marked with the "new post since last visit" colors but if I open a thread, read it, then go back to the main forum page all the colored "new post" icons are gone so I cant tell which topics have new posts and which ones dont (kinda hard to explain).
The color scheme...one word... "UGHHH" .
