Valve cover removal PIA or no problem

Ok I am going out in the cold tomorrow to replace some seeping valve cover gaskets. Should I pack meals and tell the post office to hold my mail, or is it straight forward and they come off w/ out removing half of the motor/wire harness? Just wondering, I might decide to wait for warmer weather.

Quick job. Easy access on the driver's side. You'll need to move the upper IC to do the passenger side. Just undo the bracket and the turbo to IC & IC to TB connections. If you still have hard metal coolant lines, there won't be much slack, but you'll be able to shift it far enough to get to the bolts and lift the cover off. If you've converted to rubber hose, you'll have a ton of slack and you can just set the IC on top of the intake manifold.
