valve spring drop in replacement

Looking to do valve stem seals ,roller rockers 1.5 also wanted to see while im there replace the valve springs ,what do you guys recommend? Engine is stock 120k ,alky TT chip ,3 inch DP. Thanks

That is going to be a lot of work for what is probably going to be 10hp on stock cam/stock turbo motor.

The stock cam has so little lift and mild ramp rates that a mild spring would be all that is needed. I would probably just leave it. I have yet to see anyone post conclusively that they have weak valve springs on a stock cam.

Ok cool I guess I'll just change out the seals , I do plan on upgrading to l35 heads just trying to fix the little problems now. Thanks
