The truck was purchased in AZ.I drove it back to Texas 1000 miles. The truck got real good gas milage.

When I got home I tightened up the torsen bars all the way cause the truck would bottom out everytime i drove over a hump. I notice the passenger side shock was loose and that fixed some of the shaking.

The front drive shaft looks brand new, but when i turn to the right at low speed 1-2mph it acts like it wants to turn off (struggling), sounds dry.

Another things when the truck is at idle there is a cladding noise like a gear loose or somthing coming from the front.

It sounds like to me I need a new transfer case.

I am going to remove the 2 inch blocks today and replace them with 1inch.

Oh yeah supposibly the truck has 72K miles on it.

OK, I had the tires balanced and Allinment done, the shaking is gone.The ball joints could use replacing.

There is a noise coming from underneath. It sounded like the transmission (klank, klank, klank) this sound happens after I run the truck for awhile.I jacked up the truck & found the source is the CAT.
The previous owner must of been using leading fuel. The truck runs 15.0 sec Qtr/Mile w/ Gtec.0-60 5.9.
This is not good but it must be because of the busted up Cat. If I gut the cat what kind of boost controller should I get?

A boost controller really won't help overboost caused by reducing backpressure on a stock turbo. That happens because the wastegate is to small. I know of a truck that doesn't overboost with no cat or muffler but they are far and few between and Dig tuned it.

If you leave the muffler in place you should be okay. Most agree that you can remove either the muffler or the cat but not both on a stock truck.

Best solution for a stock turbo truck is to use a external wastgate then you can remove cat and muffler if you want.

External wastegate yeahhh...thats what I need.I do not want to spend the money on a new cat, since I will be running race fuel later on.
Well which external wastegate do you recommend I go with?

The truck I drove out in Vegas had a Racegate from Mike Lee (ghettosled)
Had great boost control.

Some of the smaller ones are cheaper and maybe someone on here that is using one will chime in as to the smallest you should consider.
