Vibration between 55mph-62mph

I thought keeping the stock pinion wedges would take care of the angle?

Not necessarily, the stock wedge compensated for the factory lowering, as you continue to lower (move the axle up), you have to tilt the axle a little bit more. Get those driveline angles checked before anything else.

My tires sat for a year in the SAME SPOT ... I went to have them balanced ( and only on the inside, I hate the damage caused by outer weights ) ... rides a LOT better , but I definately feel a shudder on the highway ( its speed sensitive for sure ) ---

If you still have a shake, got to a decent tire shop and have them balance with stick on weight just behind the spokes and hammer on weights like normal on the back side, this will clear up any shake and the weights won't be visible.

has anyone experience this issue, some roads i get no shaking others when i actually see ripples in the ground, when i say ripples i mean i can see the road isnt as smooth, same speeds, i have replaced the idler arm ( blown bushing), the front was aligned, could i have a bad front shock or any other steering part gone bad? or anything to check for in general?

If its a bad road, then there isn't much you can do, if your truck is smooth on a decent road, probably just the road. One thing you can do is check air pressure, might be too high causing the crappy ride on the rougher roads.

I guess I should have mentioned that in my other blazers we have, the roads seem normal, just seems my Ty seems to be effected when I do go over them,

My problem was traced down to the tires by the driveline shop. I have ordered a new set which should fix everything.

EDIT: Thanks for all the suggestions guys, it always helps:)

Could be a combination then of air pressure and high performance tires versus normal everyday tires. Your Ty will ride rougher due to stiffer suspension and lower profile tires, there isn't much you can do about it, other than play with the pressures a bit. As long as it rides decent on a decent road and doesn't shake or anything you will be good to go, just get used to the stiffer ride and it will be fine.

So have you installed the new tires yet? If so has this problem disappeared?
