I have a complete set of stock Vortec heads. If you want I can even send them with rockers, valve covers, push rods, vlaves, springs retainers, and basicly anything off the motor you want.

Heads do not require mods for a sy/Ty. The sy/Ty intake needs to be modded for the heads

True, forgot they had to be re-drilled to bolt up our intake. My bad.
