Weld Racing Wheels

Will the brakes clear the Weld Racing Drag Lites which are 15" rims? Further, which rims should I get? Meaning, which size/backspacing exc..... Thanks.

Don't know if they'll clear the 15inch wheels but I know they just re-releast 16 and 17inch sizes in the prostar and draglite models.. of course they cost a pretty penny compared to the 15inch rims though but might be an idea.

I remember seeing a picture of Dig's Syclone with a set of draglites on it. I think he used stock brakes to clear, and there was a post about backspacing. Don't quote me, but I think it was 5.5" and 6.5"?

If the LS1 camaro guys can get 15" welds to clear their brakes, I dont see why they wouldn't clear stock brakes.

7.5 backspacing made my wheels clear, but that is with the currie explorer rear disck brakes though.

Same backspacing as the fbodies, so search www.ls1tech.com and www.mfba.org and places like that to get a better deal.
