West Coast/Central Valley with DM

hey im looking for any guys in the central valley that have a DM that i could talk to, im a poor college student and spend all my money on the payment and insurance for my 1992 Ty. I just wanna put it on a DM and see how everythign checks out and what things i need to change tweak and fix
