What Does Your Ownership Say?

Just got my Syclone licensed in Ontario. Went to the MTO and had the ownership/title transferred into my name. No problem.
The make states "GMC". The model on the other hand states "SYC".
Should the model not state S-15, since that's what they are. The Syclone is just the trim level. My 97 Chev states "S-10", not ZR2...

I don't really care, I just don't want an issue somewhere down the road, should the need arise to produce my ownership for resale or other...

What does your ownership state?

That's weird. I mean the fact your in Canada and it's a bit different than what it says for my typhoon is that it says Typhoon, not s-15 or jimmy.

My California Title says 1993 GMC 2D. Havent registered it in WA yet, Wonder what its gonna say?

My Colorado title has the Model area blank, but the Body area says "UP"

hmmm that's weird it expired, wonder if it's a i.s.p thing. Anyways yep it's a typhoon, there's nothing there for a syclone, it would have to go under s-15 pickup. Guess you better get a personalized plate.

So since we can't read it, and you're bragging about it, what were your rates?
I did your Autopac quote using the same coverage I've go here in Ontario and came up with almost the exact same rate I'm paying; $650.00 per annum - full coverage.

I'm not really bragging, but what deductible and coverage are you going buy. The highest I would have to pay is $683.00, I get full discount because of my driving record/age. I could change some of the variables and it would drop to $611.00. That is stil for full coverage. A pick up truck ( what yours would go under) would be a bit cheaper as it can't hold 4 people.

Well SYC it's going to be. Contacted the MTO and they informed me that when they input the VIN a Make, Model and Year is automatically generated.
And, since Rob's say SYC then I guess we're good to go.

My MA title says Syclone as model, so does my registration and insurance paperwork.

The girl at the MTO office asked me what it should say, since it didnt come up as anything. I said its a TYPHOON, so she typed in "TYP". On the upper corner it says IOFDSTRM.
