Looking for A good quality good fit for the ty. Want A newer techology radio/dvd player with A flip up touch screen. I do not & will not cut any part of the dash to fit A radio in it. any help would be great.

Thanks!

Any DIN size install kit & harness will mount up a head unit w/o cutting anything up.

My old Alpine had to have the duct work @ the back cut. Was a bit too long. W/ the a/c on, it cooled the radio real fast in the heat of the summer:D

Alot of the DVD screen ones I looked at were deep.

Their definitely can be depth mounting issues. I had some issues wih CD player in my Syclone hitting the ducting as well.

i used a single din install kit that actually pulled the radio outwards about an inch and a half. The reason i did that was so i wouldnt cut anything, which it worked out great but i would of loved a smooth flush look.

Im not cutting any wires or anything. I bought the harness were it plugs into the factory harness. No biggie. Radio in it sucks. Stock one with tape player.

Why a dvd? You cant watch movies when you drive anyways..... just put a simple Kenwood in it and be done.

x3 they sell those at Walmart for very cheap. I would have gone with Eclipse, Pioneer, Alpine, or even Kenwood if you were looking for something "quality".

Can't because its not safe? Or can't?

its not legal. can't have a motion picture in view of the driver. they're made to have a safety switch that is supposed to be connected to the switch of the parking brake. but it's just a ground switch, so it's easily bypassed.
