Good call. It does run on alcohol, is oddfire and I think was going into a sand rail, but my memory is foggy since I spoke with the engine builder about it.

It is probably run on 100% alcohol. That's why and intercooler is not needed. They can trun up the boost fairly high with alcohol to get the power out of it. Also with the rpms they are running you can bet they are using an odd-fire setup. The block they are using looks like the heavy duty one that GM makes (10134371) which has the screw in freeze plugs. These blocks are much stronger than the 14011067 or 14011069 aluminum blocks.

Some big bucks spent here.
