I can only think of 2 Red/Grays in NY, Big Nick and Denny Ram. Nick doesnt have those wheels anymore, so if its a recent pic, Id go with Denny as my guess.

there was a salvage one by me last year it went out to buffalo rochester area . the guy rebuilt it . they sold it i think 3500 if thats the one
