The fuel pump keeps running no matter what unless I pull the lowest fuse on the left most side (ECM B?) or disconnect the battery. I pulled the fuel pump relay and it still ran...Actually I pulled all the relays and the fuel pump still ran. What the hell is going on? Is it a short. Maybe the Speedpro EFI is broke?

Usually it switches to ground in order to trigger the relay.. You using the interface harness? maybe a wire is pinched. Also check the fp prime in the software.
