WTB: Headers, Upgraded Intercooler

Also looking for front and rear disc brakes if anyone knows where I can find some?

There are no headers made for these anymore, you'll either need to source a pair or do custom. Same with intercooler, eBay, Facebook, etc. Or custom air to air.

Front disc you can try Sportsmachines, I would stick with rear drum for grip, just my opinion.

You can try calling RPM as I know they used to make them in multiple configurations not too long ago. https://raceprovenmotors.com/

Sportmachines makes a nice lower intercooler. If you add the fan and the Johnson pump you should be fine with the stock Garrett upper.
