deal boy, and now this one that just popped up for 7900 obo. if u guys were east coast, id have me a sy. but shipping from, ca to va, makes these deals, not so much of a deal anymore. wheres all the east coast deals??

I would fly out and drive it home cause I know if I was some trucker that just picked up the keys to a sweet car/truck, that I'd most likely never driven before, I have to take a quick spin.

Its not that bad IMO to ship a small vehicle like a syty.. My 4dr dually was shipped from LA to my doorstep here in central VA (well, almost to my doorstep) for 1200 bucks. When talking with the shipping co a smaller/less of a PIA vehicle can be shipped to your door for around 700 bucks or less. Id say less cause I was asking them about stuff like chevelles, vettes, etc and a syty is quite a bit smaller than those cars.
FYI, Its cheap to ship west to east (or vice versa) but gets more expensive if you want something shipped to/from the upper mid west as its not a "normal" high traffic trucking route according to the shipper I dealt with. Youre in VA so something from CA is gonna be fairly cheap to ship as you are on a straight west to east route which is high traffic (read trucks are going to/from your area 24/7).

You are dead on brother. Ive got a new taurus that I think I want to sell and would like to pick up a Typhoon as a daily driver (and sloooooowly get it original quality). But only if I get a good deal, cause my syclone is my primary money pit. And Ive been looking for Typhoons, and each and every deal is like strategically placed at an opposite corner of my world. I even thought about nabbing that 5500 dollar syclone but even that sucker was in BFEgypt.
