Just bought a syclone and the previous owner changed the turbo. Not sure what brand. Just looking to put it back to stock. I'll try and get a picture of it. Looking to get some money for it, with the exchange of a good stock one.

also looking for stock intake

pm me.

Why not keep what you've got and work with that? You'll also have to mod the downpipe back to work with a stock turbo, as ours have an internal wastegate.

Any idea what torque converter is in the truck? It's very possible that the converter may have been replaced since it has an upgraded turbo. Check the stall speed, that should let you know if the converter has be replaced as well. Not sure how a higher stall converter would work with a stock turbo. Hopefully you still have a stock converter.

The truck doesnt have the low end/mid range that my brothers stock ty has. Actually overall the truck doesnt feel as fast. And I dont think I canrun a stock intake with this turbo. correct me if i'm wrong. The battery is in the bed and I'd like to move it back up front

Maybe start a post in "Engine Tech"? You might be looking at fixing something that ain't (quite) broken.

Re: wtt aftermarket turbo for stock

Keep waht you have. It would take a ton more money to replicate what you have then what a stock turbo/downpipe etc would cost and has much more potential... Your issue is likely either not enough torque converter or you need a new tune. Probably both

The guy i bought the truck from said this was a stage 2 turbo upgrade. Intercooler, pump, downpipe, 60 turbo. Also the intake box and battery relocation kit I'd like to trade for stock parts. and $800, a little neg. All these parts seperate would be well over a grand. Theres less than 10k miles on the turbo and what not.
