I have a Kenne Bell air to air intercooler kit up for sale. It was on my truck for a little over 1.5 years and about 1000 miles, worked great. Pipes are chrome, some small areas of surface rust, should clean up easy I just never got around to it. Would be a good candidate for powder coating...
