SOLD Kenne Bell Air to Air Intercooler

I have a Kenne Bell air to air intercooler kit up for sale. It was on my truck for a little over 1.5 years and about 1000 miles, worked great. Pipes are chrome, some small areas of surface rust, should clean up easy I just never got around to it. Would be a good candidate for powder coating or other refinishing. CAC itself is in great condition. Upper charge pipe has a 3/8 inch hole on the backside for an alky nozzle just before the throttle body. It is easily plugged if you don't use it. There is also a small dent on the backside of the same pipe, hard to see when installed. Upper charge pipes are the original Kenne Bell, the original lowers were missing from the kit I bought so I had to piece the lowers together. Will include all couplers and all t-bolt clamps except those to connect to the throttle body itself. I also do not have the t-bracket that connects the charge pipe to the throttle body, but I used a high-quality coupler and t-bolts and never had an issue with it even coming loose or moving at all. The bracket is easily fabricated if you want to.

This kit requires a battery relocation and the front of the inner fender below where the factory battery tray was needs to be trimmed. Install is pretty easy and straight forward.

I am asking $600 shipped. Paypal is greatly preferred. Thanks.

did you have any noticeable difference over liquid to air?

It's lighter, doesn't overheat, less clutter, less voltage when no pump is there, and overall keeps temps down better than water to air. That's just been my experience with the same kit and with data master hooked up.

Pretty much what sy605 said. I had lower IATs overall after install. No heat soak issues either like you can get with the stock system. I did the intercooler install at the same time as the turbo upgrade, so hard to say in comparison to stock what it did, but my truck was much stronger than before.
