Can somone look at a datamaster file for me

Ok, I was driving the truck for the first time since it was away for the winter and I think I may have developed a little fuel pressure issue. I haven't had a chance to put in a new fuel filter.

Here's what I noticed on the way home. I was looking at the FP gauge and noticed when i would go WOT, that the fuel pressure would drop off some. But then one time i went WOT and it seemed to drop a little bit and flutter. I had a full tank of gas in there, so I don't think it was a case of there not being enough fuel when i went WOT.

I forgot to look at the boost gauge to see if when after i went WOT maybe boost fell off a little from the 15psi. The FP never dropped below 40, but that still at WOT i should be reading right around 55psi, give or take a few depending on boost.

I had the Ty in the driveway idleing and reving it up a few times (it was blocked in so couldn't go out on the street). I logged it to see what it looked like. The thing that was bothering me was a couple of times when i would rev it up a little bit, the Sterm fuel count would hit like 160's or higher. What would cause that? Think the pump is on the way out?

I have a datamaster file i could email to someone if they have a minute to take a look at it.
Thank you.

check fuel pressure after key is turned off, if it drops off completely then it sounds like a pump, but i would start with a fuel filter first.

Re: Can somone look at a datamaster file for me

I have another file from driving around today. But I totally figure out what is going on. I did notice that i maxed out the inj duty cycle a couple of times though and pulled about 3 degree's. The truck seems like it is running fine, but i can't figure out how come it looks like it is running lean in the lower rpm range.

The air fuel seems to be about right at WOT but the short term fuel is still all over the place. The 02 sensors area bit up and down, but when on the throttle and at WOT they are between 800-900. Can someone look at this new file. Why would the short term fuel be lean in the lower rpm range, but when you get on it then it pretty much stays around 128-130.

I'm at a lose.

Yeah on throttle you are very lean and off you get a bit rich. the short term is all over the place. I also notice a high iac count. Quick storm has a good idea. Check the FP. I thought over 140 is bad. you were up in the 150's. There are more guys on this site who are better at this then me. I am still learning and reading all I can.
