Hello, I cam here about 2.5yrs ago and unfortunately never knew him. That being said i don't know what is done to his truck or how good of condition it is in. That price is pretty fair for anything that is in really good stock style condition with relatively low miles. I can see your position and if it were me i would sell it but i don't know if there is good sentiment with the truck with you or not. If it is something you don't want to part with then don't, but if it really does not matter than do what you need to do to keep a roof over your head and food in the refrigerator.

It is not just an issue of money for selling the truck. Understand if I had my way I would give it away to have him back. I pay full coverage on the truck, tags taxes and all that stuff as well. Not to mention I gotta always ask for help with maintaince stuff. I hate having to ask for help. It sucks, trust first time I took my truck in for an oil change I was in tears because Dave had always took care of things for me. I didn't have the truck listed forsale, I was approached by someone that races even builds motors for a NHRA crew, he said I heard what you have , would you be willing to sale it for $15k cash.

Funny I still have the last message he left to me on my answering machine....Left it the night before he died. I have to go into the garage I found him in to get the truck out and when I walk in all I still see is what I saw almost 3 years ago. When the truck is gone, I can still see the stain on the floor, most people can't but I know just were it is. Ok...enuff I am crying at work.

Don't ever think you're a burden on anyone here Lisa, when it comes to taking care of Myclone, there is no better support staff than the members here. Even if it's little things like changing the oil, checking fluids or other little jobs, there is someone willing to help out. Depending on the laws in your state, you may be able to register it as a collector vehicle. I know that here in WI, once it's registered as a collector, you never have to renew the registration again. Insurance is generally cheaper as well. Best of luck to you.
