Need custom rear leaf plates

I'm looking for someone who could custom make me a pair of plates for my rear Belltech leaf springs. Below is a picture of the plate that came off one of the leafs. I'm looking for two plates that are about half the thickness, made out of either aluminum or stainless steel:

I can send PayPal payment for labor and material. Let me know. Thanks.

Just curious as to your reason why? I'm running beltech leafs in my truck

Re: Need custom rear leaf plates

With the plates on top of the leafs, the rear axle on my Ty would hit the frame when I take a hard corner with a full tank of gas. Without the plates, the rear wheel well gaps are slightly too big for my taste. Therefore, going with plates that are half as thick might be a good compromise.

did you cut the rubber bump stops? Thats the only way mine would hit the frame. I had cut the stops and put a 1" spacer and it always hit. I never had them hit with just the beltech leafs and I'm using a 1/2" plate on top of the belltechs now with out a problem.

Are the shocks shot perhaps? I know it doesn't take much to bottom out a lowered Ty but I'm just curious, mine doesn't do it

Richard shoot me an email and we can make things happen. I think I have aluminum here, if you want stainless we can order up a couple pieces. I have another option I can talk to you in email also.

Add a pin 500 in diameter 1/2 inch back and the wheel will be centered too I've made a few sets of these for local guys I need to make 4 or 5 more sets

Yeah the rubber bump stops were cut, and I'm running on pinion corrected angled blocks on top of the belltechs. Shocks are new and stiff Bilsteins.
