Hey my TY smokes like a freight train when I punch it and start it,fells sluggish any thoughts.

is it burning oil or fuel? Im ASSuming oil, possibly the turbo? How many miles on the truck?

She has 303347 on her and it runs good the start up is oil but when I punch it the smoke is darker.

check your spark plugs for fuel fouling, could be a stuck injector

black or like color smoke is normally fuel... grayish or white smoke is normally blow-by or coolant in your cylinders (head gasket or head issue)
