If I remember correctly the U-bolts were 1/2-20 thread so either 90ft lbs for a grade 5 or 110 for a grade 8 (no lube, clean dry threads). If for some reason your U-bolts have been changed to a 1/2-13 thread, the torque is reduced to 80ft lbs for a grade 5 and 98ft lbs for a grade 8.

I would also recommend that you re-torque the U-Bolt springs after some mileage. I swapped in Bell Tech spring ~1500 miles ago and while I was under my truck a couple months ago I notice on side my U-Bolts were loose. I am 100% sure torque them down properly, but I would guess I that I didn't have the rear end fully seated properly.
