How do these spark plugs look?

These are not mine but in the interest of bettering my spark plug-reading skills, I would like to know if anyone can tell anything about this plug. Thanks.

they dont look too bad but I think I see some specks of detonation. other than that maybe just a touch lean.

That's it? I thought the little green "corrosion-looking" dots indicated worse detonation. If there is anything else to be read by those plugs I am still interested.

Is there anything wrong here? I am thinking of turning up the boost.

Depends on how long they've been in, but I
see the following, assuming a reasonable
amount of mileage (> 1k):

Fairly lean to Very Lean.
Deto present.
Possible funky additives in the gas?
Electrode is sideways in the chamber.

Would recommend 5-10 psi more fuel pressure
as a start, assuming these have been in there
a while, and are uniform from chamber to
chamber.
