Re: front diff gear ratio change? ok, i know most sytys come with 3.42 gears front and rear, is there any way to get like 3.27 or 3.23, I know what I can get for the rear, but would like to get better top end/gas mileage.

Re: 3.5 or 4.5 tcase output flange. So does anyone have any idea what the difference is between the 3.5 and the 4.5 flange, is the 3.5 the 27 spline, and is the 4.5 the 32 spline ty unit?

Ok so I'm building the clone still. I have the LT1 and the 700R4. The question now is which AWD transfer case is the correct one. I know one is a single speed while the other is a dual speed. I do not know the difference between the two output flanges. Any help on this will futher my assembly...

Ok, I've posted a few things on here about me putting togther a combo of things, I can locate the AWD transfer case and front axle, what I need to know is which what the measurement on the output flange of the transfer case is. 3.5 inches or 4.25? help me please.
