    Im thinking of repainting my heads with Chevrolet Orange de1620, has anyone done this and maybe have pix ? My heads have been modded with bigger valves, port and polish, so the guy I got them from gave them to me orange, I guess to represent that. I repainted them aluminum grey... Opinions...

    I removed my pistons and connecting rods, and see that 3 of the connecting rods are correct, and 3 are backasswards. Shouldn't all the bumps and indentations face the front of the engine ? I have never separated them, so I guess this was done at the factory ? wth ? Here is the piston indention...

    I was riding on my bump stops after I dropped the ty (I didnt realize it) now they are shredded. I got the universal replacement urethane ones, however they are too tall. I chopped off 2 layers to compensate, do you think I cut too much off ? I dont want to mess up my cladding... Anyone ever do...
