Re: Built Sy runs w/o fuel pressure, dies with f/p - VIDEO INSIDE
In the video, the pump was wired to an external 12v source, so it was not robbing any voltage from the truck. I fuel pressure will adjust with the afpr and it stays steady with the pump on so I am assuming that the afpr is good...
Re: Sy w/no FP- FAST file-UPDATE
This is the older FAST version. Bank to bank wide band O2. The crank reference angle in FAST is set to 6btdc and the timing on the balancer matches the FAST, 6btdc. This is not a generic startup file, this is a file that has been tuned to almost perfect on my...
Here is an update. I have tried to start the truck with the pump both on and off and the injector harness disconnected. It will not start either way. It will fire with the pump on while applying throttle, but barely runs(sputters horribly, dies as soon as yet let off throttle). It will idle...
Re: Built Sy runs w/o fuel pressure, dies with f/p - VIDEO INSIDE
I will try these three scenarios as soon as I can and post the results. Thanks for the ideas...wish me luck!
Re: Built Sy runs w/o fuel pressure, dies with f/p - VIDEO INSIDE

Re: Built Sy runs w/o fuel pressure, dies with f/p - VIDEO INSIDE
it will run without the pump on for several minutes. We have not tried to let it run until it runs out of gas or to see how long it will go, but it will go for a minute or two. It will die as soon as you push on the throttle and...
Re: What would it take..
It sounds to me like the best thing that you could be doing right now is reading through old posts to try and educate yourself on these vehicles and turbo vehicles in general. You will never run 11's if you don't know what you are dealing with.
Re: Need Help - weird problem
As per your suggestion I went and checked all of the grounds. I screwed up when wiring the power to the alternator and accidentally powered a wire that was supposed to be grounded. I will find out if that was the problem tomorrow night. I am done for today. Thank...
