Sy605 needs to be placed in the Doghouse because he accepts payment for items he doesn't ship.
1. On 8/4/13 I placed an order with him for a Holley throttle body for $180 + PayPal fees. Payment, along with a shipping address, was sent to him 30 mins after confirming that the part was still available. That when the fun and games began. In his ad he said that it may take him 2-3 day to get the parts shipped just because of the shear volume of things he had for sale. Fair enough.
2. On 8/12/13, over a week from my order, I requested a tracking number.
3. On 8/13/13 he responded: "I havent sent it yet. I'll get it done this week. Sorry fot the delay. I'll post up tracking numbers asap. thanks for your patience"
4 On 8/13/13 I responded "No problem"
5. On 8/13/13 He responded to my response: "Sorry for slacking on the shipping. Moving, Job change, starting school again."
Why is he making this MY problem?
6. On 8/19/13, over two weeks since paying him for the part, I sent him this: "You're not answering your PM's now? What gives, Eric? You promise and promise to ship the throttle body I've paid you for, and yet nothing happens. It's been over two weeks since I paid you, and would have thought that you would have acted by now. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, because other board member speak quite highly of you when it comes to doing business with you. I want to be one of those folks. Please ship my part."
7. On 8/19/13, he responded with: "Wow. Really? I've never ignored your PMs. It shipped brah. Chill.
If you want a refund too I can provide that. Ain't trying to start a bunch of drama."
It shipped, really????? In a pigs eye!
8. Finally, yesterday when no part showed up, I had had enough! I contacted him by PM, because I still didn't want to air dirty laundry, and gave him the chance just to refund my money via PayPal, and told him that I would refrain from taking this matter public, if he would just refund the money by last evening.....he didn't. In fact his response was "let Mikey (Renz) fix it" or words to that affect.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if my part and others that other folks have bought are not included in the sales price of his truck! you might want to check with some of the buyers of his other parts and see if they're having trouble with him. See the ad: "TN Parts for sale"
All I want, and the only thing I'm going to be happy with, is my money being returned.

Well, another day without receiving the part from SY605 that I paid $180 for 2 1/2 weeks ago, nor have I received a refund. This guy needs to grow up and grow a set of balls. He's a F****G thief in my book!
