What is the best engine management for the money out there. I hear a lot of people say the Big Stuff 3 is the best, many swear by the Code 59, but what would be the best if money wasn't an issue?

Pretty sure it is a rear brake caliper support for a 98-02 Camaro, but not 100%. I got it with a rear brake kit back in the day. Does anyone know for sure what it is??? Also, is anyone still selling the disk brake e-brake cable support?
