whyd they only make the sy in 1991? i read a report from 1990 saying they wanted unlimited production starting with 2000 units in 1991.

i saw a pic of that an almost cried. i think it was a test crash vehicle.

It's my understanding that there are only 3 Sys titled in '92 but were built in '91 with the rest of em,it was just some fluke.
The 3 '92 are all part of the 2998 built.

thats the first i heard of that.
Here's a pic of a 92 Prototype Sy, all stock, at least, at the time this photo was taken. It is now, no longer stock.

That could be the same Sy, although it certainly does not have the Marlboro paint job depicted in the above website. I really do not know.
From what I could tell this Sy was all stock.
My understanding is this Sy at the time of this pic was 100% stock and was exactly like it came from factory, which means either that is misinformation, or the above info is misleading.
Also, if I'm not mistaken the last four of the VIN# was in the 4XXX, but I could be wrong.....I did consume a bit too much.
