Finally had a chance to try the 2010 Camaro SS 20" wheels on my Syclone. Front tire size is 245-45-20, Rear is 275-40-20. Pirelli P-Zero. I wish I had the axle offset shims to center the wheels because it's very apparent on the front of the rear wheel near the cladding. My axle hub is slightly larger than the opening on the rim. They fit w/o spacers. I'm not sure if its an OEM Syclone axle or something different as the truck was hit in the left rear early in its life. The width of the axle drum to drum where the wheels mount is around 60" +-. The torsion bars are going to have to be cranked up, these things are huge!

Had time this afternoon to try the 20s on the front. My Syclone is officially on jack stands. Well the tires are way too big & rub on the front of the cladding, kind of figured this
. At least 2" of it would have to be trimmed. 2nd the front hub is the same size as the rear at 2.77". These Camaro wheels have a hub size of 2.59" give or take. Grinding the 5 small tangs down may allow them to slide the rest of the way on, as they stick out at least 1/4" if not more away from the rotor. I was hoping just having to grind the hub diameter on the back rims BUT dont want to do it on the front. It looks like more of the threads on the spindle bolt would have to be trimmed off also. HOWEVER I didnt see any other intereference with the wheel on the suspension or frame. BUT I didnt have it on the ground yet either but was able to turn it lock to lock by hand on the stands.

I was going to have a machine shop do that for me BUT I was more worried about it rubbing on the cladding. What tire sizes are you running??

I bought a set of tires off Ebay yesterday. Pirelli 245-35-20 fronts 295-30-20 rears. I'll get pics on the Syclone next week after they arrive. I believe will have around 11" of tread out back.
I think I'm going to find some oversized 12mm lugnuts.

Installed with no spacers at all. 1.75" from side of rear tire to leaf spring & frame rail. Pirelli 245-35-20 fronts 295-30-20 rears.
