and now the gremlins start...albeit small ones, but don't the problems always start small?

Truck won't start every time. I'm about 99% sure that it is the battery, so that is no problem, but the damn driver's side window is making horrible noises!

It will roll half way down, and then makes the fart noise. When it rolls back up, it makes another fart noise at full close.

I'm sure this has happened to someone, so do you think it is the motor or that it somehow got off track?

if the baterry is dead that is one thing but these truck have the "purple" wire problem wear the starter gets hot enough that the starter solenoid wire (purple) does not have enough power to engage it (becuase it comes from the ignition switch and threw all other switches first)

most poeple use a relay/remote solenoid to fix this I just put a small starer from late model 4.3 and have never had any issues.:tup:

I thought it might be that, But it is sometimes not starting when cold...the battery thing is no big deal, but I was wondering if anyone knew about the window before I remove the door panels.
