Just talked to the guy. Truck has 265k miles, he bought it for parts for his other Syclone but never took anything off it. Engine is not seized, he has spun at the damper. He doesn't see a reason it wouldn't crank if a battery were put in. It has a battery relocation kit and radio was removed and gauges are in its place
Sounds like it has a few mods. Did not sound like a bull shitter.

Assuming that plate was not moved to another Sy; this Sy was at Nats in 2005.

Yep, had four coolers, one in each corner of the bed filled with ice for the intercooler... Last time I saw this truck run was at the 2003 NATS at KCIR. He was up against Mark Larson in the final race for their class. Mark's whose screen name was "Buster", grenaded his front diff doing an AWD burnout. The guy at the starting line told Al that Mark broke so he was the winner. Al still made a pass regardless. The tree cycled and he rolled off the line easy until about the 60' mark when he stomped the go pedal. Still ran a mid eleven...
