A few months ago I was driving my sy which had an older ssbc front calipers and pads on it, when i heard a noise while braking. I drove the truck home and let it idle in my driveway while i investigate this issue. While idling i pressed hard on the brake pedal and this time a huge sound and the pedal sunk to the floor. I looked at my drivers side wheel and could see brake fluid everywhere. The caliper had actually snapped in half from the pressure of braking. I contacted SSBC brakes and was out in touch with Bill Cummings who was very apologetic had immediatley sent me out some new stock calipers and pads to put on the truck. Through various conversations about what I want to do with my truck he got the idea of what Im doing. Yesterday I arrive home to find 5 large boxes at my step from SSBC. Mr cummings had sent me the upgraded front dual power calipers that he had sent to be powder coated red, slotted cross drilled rotors and new pads, a full rear drum to disk conversion kit with rear calipers also powdercoated red and the slotted cross drilled rotors and pads. I am thrilled to have received all of this at no charge and this just gooes to show how rare their product malfunctions to do all of this for a customer when it does.
Thanks Bill
