Air intake options?

My K&N seems to be collapsing on me so I am getting a new one, but am wondering what full Air intake options are out there for me to choose from? This is what my setup looks like now:

What are my options, or should I stick with the current one?

There are several out there, as well as the homemade stuff. Most require you to move the battery and/or coolant tank, but get rid of that restrictive tube over the hot radiator...

Keep the set up you have. You should get a new cone filter if yours is squished and collapsed in several places. You won't gain much by removing the crossover tube, just some turbo flutter. OR, you could buy an air intake for $200 :roll: and gain nothing.

Gain nothing = keep current setup. If you keep the stock crossover, use the stock airbox with a K+N drop in filter. The K+N cone filter on the end of the stock crossover is less than ideal.
Moving your battery and attaching a cone filter to the stock orange hose (clocked to approx 9 oclock position) is a popular option.

A mod is only as good as the person performing it. If you dont account for it, tune for it, and perform the other logical mods to support it ( intake, exhaust, fuel, chip) then you will get what you put into it, nothing....
