Almost Stolen...

When I got to work this morning I lowered my windows down about an inch and noticed that my driver window was off of its track. I didn't think much about it at the time. I just figured that it broke and that it was just something else that I have to fix. NOW fast forward to the end of the day. With the sun hitting my window I could see 2 large hand prints on my window that where smudged downward. That is when I realized that someone tried to break in by muscling down my window. The passenger side had the same marks on it.

I WANT AN ELECTRIC SHOCK CAR ALARM.

When I was a kid. I had a friend that use to do that to his brothers car all the time. He just thought it was funny. "Hay Danny, You left your window down again".

I'm glad that it was not worse.
There has been several auto brake-in's and Tailgates stolen in my neighborhood in the last year.

When I moved into my house about 7 years ago, I had to park my avalanche outside 1 night. I was working in the garage (it was late... around 11 PM), and I see the lights blink on/off. Go outside, and there was a neighbor kid (was in a rental house about 10 houses away) 16yrs old, walking away from it. Called the cops, they came over and we go to chatting. He told me the to describe the kid, I did, and the kid was busted about 6 months later breaking into houses.

The pisses my off for two reasons first is stealing stuff or messing with someones car is a no-no.Sencond is if u are a half ass theif don't evev try it, Amember as here a fe weeks ago and looked there keys in there truck
e got it open pretty quick with no damage to the truck.

Must've been someone on the verge of death from malnourishment that tried to break in. Anyone older than a toddler can force their way into a SyTy window if they get their hands on top of the glass.

Suks, I was a victim once, lost a 69 SS Camaro, so I have a special place in my heart for auto thieves...

Someone needs to develop an affordable motion sensor to deactivate the vehicle when it has been disturbed and/or alert you via cell / telephone...

Yes i did lock two sets of keys in my truck in down town philly just for an experiment so we could see if vmack could break in my truck without harming it lol. Seriously took longer to put tape on it to keep from scratching it than it did to unlock it. But the point really is if u leave it for two min or two hr. We better take precautions.
