Another ABS / Code 63 thread!

Greetings All,
Ryan here. I've had regular problems with my brake system since I've had my truck. Here's the story:
-When I first got it, the brake warning light was disengaged/reset after a hard ABS stop on gravel. It turned back on. The brake fade was a bit better but not gone.
-When I stop, the brake fades and if I let off the brake, more pressure returns to the pedal. If I turn on the AC, the pedal fades and loses pressure.
-Codes 61, 62, and 63 were present and reset. The light came back on after I put the pedal to the floor.
-Code 63 remained and I found what I thought was the culprit, a leaky rear cylinder which got replaced but the code and fade still exist.
-The vacuum ball underneath the battery has some dents in it that I plan to replace as soon as I have time to go to a salvage yard. I did try to seal it with liquid nails. The lines going to the ball are the ones that T right behind the intercooler and feed the cruise control diaphragm. All of those vacuum lines have been replaced.

Can that cause this code to be thrown?

Any other thoughts or advise?

I replaced the vacuum reserve ball underneath the battery and I'm still having issues. The brake warning light stayed on and the ABS light turned on about 30 seconds after I turned the car over.
